The Black Business Development Fund (BBDF) is the United Black Community's collective capital pool, operated through the First Bank of Amexem. Its mandate: launch and sustain enough Black-owned businesses to provide every essential good and service Our community needs — at higher quality and better service than the dominant society offers — so We never have to depend on outside markets again.
