A Hub is a small T.U.B-aligned community in Your local territory — a city, county, or region. Think of it as the local branch of TheUnitedBlackNation. Two or three People can start one; healthy Hubs grow to dozens.

- First crack at hosting EmperiaL events, Pop-Up Tribal Treasury booths, and B.E.M.A drills in Your territory.

📋 Founder Steps
- Step 1 — Fill the 'Found a Hub' form (name + territory + intent).
- Step 2 — Complete the Hub Founder Orientation.
- Step 3 — Hub is set to 'pending' for the Hub Council to review (24-72h).
- Step 4 — Once approved, Your Hub appears on the public map. Invite Your first 3 Members.
- Step 5 — Hold Your first event within 30 days. The AI Hub Mentor will walk You through the agenda.
Requirements (lightweight):
- Be Level 2+ (NuBein Citizen) or commit to fast-tracking to Level 2 within 45 days.
- Accept the Code of Conduct.
- Submit a 1-paragraph statement of intent (we provide a template).
- Pass the Hub Founder Orientation (15-min video + 5-Q quiz).
